Vol 8, No 1 (2026): Jan - Mar 2026
Issue Description
This first issue of 2026 of Phenomena Journal brings together a set of contributions that reflect the journal’s integrative and phenomenological orientation across clinical, psychoeducational, and ecological domains.
The issue opens with a case study in child psychotherapy, presenting a phenomenological-Gestalt co-therapy pathway aimed at supporting affect regulation and restoring developmental processes through embodied and relational work. Expanding toward broader health perspectives, a mini-review on green prescriptions introduces an innovative approach that integrates nature-based interventions within the frameworks of One Health and Planetary Health.
A psychoeducational contribution addresses Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), proposing a structured motor activity protocol to enhance learning performance, emotional regulation, and inclusion in educational settings. From a theoretical and applied perspective, another article explores the role of frustration in Gestalt therapy and organizational development, reframing it as a meaningful catalyst for awareness, responsibility, and transformation.
The issue concludes with a narrative review on problem behaviors in neurodivergent and psychopathological conditions, emphasizing the importance of a contextual, relational, and non-reductionist understanding that respects individual differences and supports more appropriate clinical interventions.
Overall, this issue highlights the value of integrated, field-sensitive approaches to psychotherapy and mental health, bridging individual experience with relational, social, and environmental dimensions of care.
